The birth of Avalon
Avalon is a nation that has always been opposed to its big sisters. Not only in the conflicts that continue to appear here and there, but mainly in the minds of the people who were always instilled this mistrust against the rest of Mornea. It has become a kind of second nature and everything is good to convey: the difficult living conditions in advanced civilization or major joint projects which it is regularly kept away. Historically, the Avalon history was made in the war and opposition with other peoples. And so it’s no surprise that it begins with a military defeat …
So the battle of the Red Plain, halting the advance of the Jade Triad during the alchemical war is the origin of the creation of Avalon. Indeed, with the burgeoning alliance of Khalimans and Aurloks and reorganization of these, it does now spent more than a day without the Triad concedes number of territories and men. The generals succeeded then, but none were able to reverse the trend: the retreat of the day seemed as inevitable as the final defeat.
Only a Breath of Dao school offered a solution, but it seemed as risky as against nature extend experiments chimeras men and create an army of elite warriors reinforced alchemically. The idea, though attractive to extremists, caused a real scandal and even before any experiment is attempted, the Celestial declared outlawed the movement and contrary to Dao. The initiators of the project were invited very insistently to stop there. But, led by a mysterious alchemist native of the province of Xidai, Tao Chan Mon, this group was convinced that progress on chimeras and slaves were now reliable enough to open new opportunities and go to the next step.
Also, during the winter 804, the movement went underground and took the name of its first guinea pigs: Avalon. Always more popular, he settled on the lands of his point guard at the foot of the western mountains of the province of Xidai and soon what was once a small group of alchemists began to grow dramatically and as many warriors and other servants in it. For three seasons, they continued to pursue their project secret, enjoying their new recruits to sample the surrounding villages the raw material required for their sinister experiences. But Chan My knew only too well that things could not continue this way and that, sooner or later the authorities would learn the existence of what he himself had ended up calling the Temple: their secret laboratory. In the image of the organization of the Triad itself, he then created an order of warriors within its faithful soldiers of Avalon. He took the most talented and most experienced among them and made his praetorian guard and that of alchemists. Thus the Templar Order was born.
During the following autumn, in 805, disappearances had become too numerous and easily discovered the Celestial existence of Avalon. Their reaction was imperious, swift and brutal: they deployed an army to destroy the rebels. But Avalon, with its Templar and to be entrenched in its own mountains, boldly resisted and what should not be a punitive expedition quickly turned into war of position, taking a heavy toll on both sides. So much so that, in spite of herself, the cabal of alchemists had become the symbol of subversion and instability that Celestial is needed to eradicate at any cost to prevent others follow his example. The unit, now fragile, the Jade Triad was the price. My Tao Chan knew: mattered little time or number of dead soldiers to get there, the Celestial never cede and would end sooner or later drive them from their mountains.
My Chan then took the decision to flee with all his men from inside the mountains and let the Templars volunteers on hand to cover their escape. To his surprise, from the youngest to the last of their wounded, none agreed to go and all remained on site to do their duty. The leak was endless. In the middle of the cloaca and gloomy tunnels that roamed the basement of the mountains, the alchemists were progressing with difficulty. Only one thing was sure: they were not followed. The Order of the Temple was necessary.
After days or weeks, they arrived in a marshy area covered with mangroves seemed almost look at them with envy. Stale air, the roots as big as men, everything indicated that the area was unsafe. And yet exhausted, they stopped there for the night and brought first aid to the wounded and sick. In the morning, they were gone and it was not the full extent of leader of men capabilities Tao Chan My to avoid the little band from breaking up due to the backlash. To prevent them from thinking too much, it signaled the start and, without knowing where he was going, made them skirt the mountains to the north.
The suite is much more confusing and there seems to be as many versions as witnesses. But one thing is certain: in their journey, they encountered a giant tree, Beathacrann. It seemed both animated by a life of its own, like a heart beating in him, and about to die. My Tao Chan approached, and, on contact, trunk opened like a gaping mouth, dark, wet and covered with black sap streaks before closing the alchemist. While survivors of Avalon yielded to panic, laughter was heard creaking, and the tree opened again. Their former leader went out, but he had changed profoundly. Bigger, stronger, his body was covered with brambles, branches and other roots.
He looked at them all, then addressed them in these terms, the same that are etched forever in the Basilica of Ker-kastel
My Tao Chan is dead. I am now Caedmon. Today, my brothers, Avalon from leaking more. Thanks to the benevolent protection Beathacrann we will build us. As men and as a nation. And we will learn to Jade Triad that will stand still in front of her brave. And they will make him blow for blow! We are the realm of Avalon!
He then summoned the seven men and women with whom he had the most confidence and put a seed and told them she had the Tree of Life and was the missing ingredient in all their past and future research. After three unique surviving Templars income and recreated order, he then undertook six of those elected to lead companies and base future baronies, then asked the seventh to build his castle and its capital, Ker-Kastel.
It was there 566 cycles.
The first felony
Since then, the order established by Caedmon has always held and stability of the kingdom was never really tested. The only exception to date in 1097 when a baron in the name long forgotten rose up against Marteus II, its king, he took wisdom for weakness. His peers were united against him then, hoping to share the crumbs from his stronghold but Marteus refused to parcel out its territory, too aware that this would mean abandoning the almost religious status of baronies, and thus allow to justify their ambitious future dreams of conquest and betrayal. For punishment, the coat of arms were banned felon, before giving way to a plain black livery, his name and that of his fief removed from history. Its lands have long known as “the Barony Fallen“.
The era of legends
When Architects parted, Khalim went north: according Naash, he had to sacrifice himself to give life to a people. He arrived in a place he liked: a peaceful lagoon, lush sweetness of ice between the northern and southern desert. Khalim went on the central islands and settled there to meditate while contemplating her reflection in the water. Guided by inspiration, he shaped the loose soil from the shore and made four finely carved bowls. He filled them with water, arranged them around, settled back and began to speak. He spoke calmly for several days without ever interrupting. He described the world the beauty of spring, the virtues of strength and bravery, the aesthetics of life … The rhythm of his voice, water basins wrinkled discrete waves, over days, became quivering wrinkles. On the sixth day of this monologue, while Khalim voice was still raised, water basins seemed to boil. At dusk the seventh day, the architect gave his last word and fell to the ground, lifeless. Four feline forms born of water basins around him, they were the first four Khalimans and were named Khalid, Malikh, Sorhna and Suleman.
While his three brothers were building a dignified burial Architect off, Sorhna began to write down everything that had been said to them during these seven days. It fills the basins with water from the lagoon and read in their wrinkles Khalim echo the words; support fault, she wrote this testimony in his own skin, with only ink his own blood. So she asked for many days, hurrying because his eyesight was weakening throughout his intense efforts. Seven days later, the three males had completed the mausoleum and had it buried one we now called the Prophet; their sister had also finished his work every inch of his skin was calligraphy and she became blind.
The three brothers in turn mated with Sorhna, giving birth to three khalimanes lines. But during those hugs, Sorhna foretold the coming of a fourth line: occasionally be born blind females and Sorhna laid claim to his brothers khalimanes such as its own lineage. At each of his brothers, gave four Sorhna son and four daughters, who turn each had four son and four daughters. When the children came of them, Khalid, Malikh, Sorhna and Suleman returned to the mausoleum of the Prophet, in turn, die. On the death of Sorhna, his blind born great-granddaughter Khaliman was the first of his lineage: it was she who blasted the skin of his grandmother before she was buried and made the holy book, Kitab min ha Ab.
The era of conflict
Around the mausoleum was built a city: Shadukiam the Magnificent, the capital of the fledgling civilization that was organized around the four lines. The builders Suleman, exploring Malikh the surrounding land and developed Khalid letters, arts and sciences. Elected to Sorhna, in turn, advised their people: those Khalimanes had indeed perceived in contemplating their reflection in the water of the lagoon, they enjoyed strange powers of prescience. Those that now called oracles were organized in sorority to best use their gift to guide their people.
But over time, each line is focalisa on its interests and came to forget the merit of the other lines. Tensions appeared and quickly degenerated into a fratricidal war between three lines, the Sorhna preferring to retire rather than become an issue in this conflict: Shadukiam they left and took refuge in the village would become Hammarat.
Little is known about the War of the three lines, except that it has been particularly intense and brief: once peace returned, the Khalimans chose to destroy any written record of this war so that atrocities can find forgiveness forgotten. The war ended as suddenly as it had begun, following a meeting of leaders organized by the matriarch of the Sisterhood and a skillful Naashti who had managed to attract by trickery the three leaders in one place. In this same period also date the first contacts with the explorers of the Jade Triad: probably these first contacts with other peoples Mornea they were a valuable catalyst for peace, strengthening brotherhood between lines.
This war changed their deep conflict resolution design because Khalimans swore never to raise their weapons against each other and always find a solution in diplomacy. Minor lines were recognized, to honor those who, at the heart of the storm, had worked for peace. The company was reorganized on a different axis than the lineages of humans and timing was adopted: Cycle 111 was born the Republic Khaliman.
The era diplomats
The exchanges between the peoples of Mornea opened for Khalimans an era of prosperity for six centuries. Starting with Cycle 740, the harmonious atmosphere of harmony gradually gave way to resentment and envy. When the Jade Triad sent his armies sweep the Khalimans discovered with dismay that under trade and exploration pretext humans had patiently marked all the lands they coveted their neighbors: the terminals jin finally showed their true colors !
Furious at having been abused by the children of Orhöm the Khalimans heads together with their allies always, Naashtis, and decided to go to war to end the wave of conquest initiated by the Jade Triad: it was the alchemical war. The oracles then discovered with amazement the property alchemical stones, copiously used by humans, and the opportunities they offered their own mystical practices. The war soon took a turn for the worse: many humans were organized and benefited from alchemy. The Aurloks were peaceful and Naasthis in force defeats, finally disappeared, leaving only Khalimans human face. In 795, the matriarch of the Sisterhood, Fatiha Bint Sorhna then gave his people a mysterious prophecy, still puzzling today: at most, it is known that the content was “must unite all peoples not against humans but with them. “
While the Senate wondered how this strange implement Directive, the miracle occurred: the Triad suffers first setback when Aurloks brutally out of their apathy Gigage Gadusi, then a second when part of its alchemists seceded and founded the kingdom Avalon. The strength of the Triad crumbled and the secret of alchemy spread: the Khalimans then learned the secret of marine and oracles became alchemists: the oracles. This revolution led to the discovery of evocation, which raised Khalimans to throw into battle fearsome djinns. Sensing that the Triad would have to give up the Khalimans brought him to negotiate peace and refluxing his armies. In Cycle 814, the Treaty of Gigage Gadusi put an end to the war and alchemical materialized predicting Fatiha. In order for such a war never again, the Senate set up the body sheikhs with the task of arbitrating any conflict before it escalates and built the Concorde channel to promote trade between the peoples by of reciprocal trade, the nations of Mornea would gain more than the war could never bring them, while costing them less. Then began a new era, in which the Republic Khaliman watched carefully on peace Mornea.
Orhöm, the faceless Architect, was long tormented by his imprecations. Drunk with bitterness, he renamed Dao and took the road south, towards the high mountains on which she had broken the glass Fresco. While Dao was climbing the mountains, his anger and his breath until amplifièrent then become a perfect storm where a multitude of beings were born with very different faces. Thus appeared the men, frailer but more numerous than the children of other architects. Dao, now Emperor, transmitted his ambition, ingenuity and perseverance to his children. He taught them the Tao, philosophy, and the three principles that would allow them to become masters of the world: discover, understand and fight.
The men had multiplied and now formed extensive clans that had colonized southern Mornea. Some even began to conspire or fight to conquer new territories. Dao lacked time and knew that her children had not applied its principles in all areas as their five senses could apprehend. He invited the patriarchs of clans Yu Cheng for a competition to outstanding issues: the heavenly tournament. The emperor confided to each clan‘s mission to apply one of the three founding principles to the best of its ability. The heads of the three clans become triumphant the Celestial, the heirs to the throne of Dao.
The empire of Dao then became the scene of an incredible struggle. The clans pushed the limits of their ability and intelligence to quench their thirst for power, under the satisfied eye of the emperor. Alliances and rivalries born during the celestial event are still alive today and are the source of a thousand and one adventures.
The celestial event ended with the Dao agony. On his deathbed, the Emperor recalled the clan leaders and their works judged, sounding the victory of Jurgaghan clans, and Leng Wanli.
The Architect of the winter was satisfied with his children and thanked them. He revealed the true purpose of their heavenly tournament preparing his people to conquer Mornea. The heightened competition had pushed the cultural, intellectual and technical men well beyond that of other peoples. Dao finally appeased and confident, surrendered his magical breath the last time. Wanli patriarch, master of secret knowledge, caught the breath of Dao and made it his.
The empire of Dao, now led by the Heavenly Council, became the Jade Triad. Clans swore on their honor to follow the three principles of Dao and put the interests of their nascent nation to their particular interests. Rivalries were still alive but respect the wishes of conquering Dao prevailed.
Each of the three major schools carried a symbolic name: Wanli clan, composed of scholars and scientists, was renamed the name of Dao Breath. He imposed primarily a single language and established the triadic calendar. The Leng clan, renowned for the value of its diplomats, adopted the name of Astral Serpent. He struck a universal currency, the Daoming. The Jurgaghan clan, respected for the value of its warriors forged the Iron Heart. He created an efficient and rigid administration to assist the Council in its task heavenly.
The Astral Serpent made its motto the first principle of Dao: “Discover the world”. His Heavenly gathered around him dozens of men and women, and went into. They scoured length and breadth of Mornea, traced maps and knotted alliances with Aurloks the Khalimans and Naashtis.
Shipping Snake Astral mysteriously disappeared in 317. Their last message signaled their arrival on the borders of a vast desert east of Mornea. The disappearance of the Heavenly created unrest until a survivor of the expedition makes its appearance in Yu Cheng a year later. This young man named Hao was white as snow, starving and remained silent. He slept all the knowledge accumulated during his trip but said nothing about the fate of the Snake Astral travelers.
Hao became the new Heavenly and led his people to a new form of meditation based on the discretion and subtlety. He renamed his clan name of the Moon Blighted. As of this day, the identity of the Blighted Celestial Moon was also kept secret.
The Breath of Dao began under the second law of Dao, “Understanding the world” under the direction of the clan Wanli. They quickly created different scientific specialties such as astronomy, mathematics, medicine and physics. Their valuable knowledge begat alchemy. In 686, the young alchemist Dao Ling bent over the sacred stones whose basement was full Shenyan. They harbored great power and, even better, they were alive! Men now possess the power of the world in their hands. The Heavenly Heart of the Iron heart began to apply the principle of third Dao: “fight the world.” The Iron Heart enlisted and led all those who wanted to serve their country. Every citizen could learn the art of war and combat techniques inspired by iconic animals like the cobra, dragon, crane, mantis, the panda or tiger.
The Celestial sent, upon discovery alchemical stones, hundreds of explorers responsible for reporting alchemical stone deposits of the continent using markers baptized “terminals jin.” More than seven centuries after the death of Dao, men were finally ready to conquer Mornea. Triad assembled the heavenly host, and in 754, his legions departed to conquer the continent. The heavenly host progressed following the jin terminals. This was the beginning of the alchemical war.
The conquest of Oblaye Iste began with unequal weapons: Aurloks were convinced pacifists. The heavenly strategists, however, had neglected the diplomatic balance that existed previously on Mornea. The Khalimans once allied with Naashtis and sent their armies. The shock was terrifying. Frail children Dao won victory after victory. While the Iron Heart Khalimans and held them exterminated Aurloks the Moon Blighted dealt a fatal blow to Naashtis. The naashti ruled threat, Jade Triad decided to finish once and for all with Aurloks. The celestial army launched a massive offensive on Aurloks survivors gathered in the plains of Gigage Gadusi. Although they took wrong: when the assault was made at dawn, the soldiers of the heavenly host were faced with processed Aurloks war beasts by an unknown power.
While the war was raging in alchemical Oblaye Iste, Breath of the Dao school begat frightening chimeras in 766. The first experiments were not conclusive, but soon alchemists masters created a new breed of servants.
With the defeat of Gigage Gadusi the Breath of Dao Aurloks had discovered that in turn developed a form of alchemy. Some alchemists took this discovery as an affront. Excited by the prospects offered by the chimeras they tried their experiments on human beings. These alchemists did not receive the welcome they expected. Their creation was contrary to the philosophy of the Tao. Dao Breath of Heaven ordered the execution of alchemical mutants and dismantling workshops in their school. The dispute escalated and these renegades fighting broke out in the province of Xidai. Their rebellion ended in 806 when the alchemists and their followers crossed the mountains Morning in the west. Secessionists established thereafter the Kingdom of Avalon.
Triad jade, weakened from within, seemed unable to win the war alchemical. The Celestial abandoned, at least for now, to conquer Mornea. They proposed an armistice to Aurloks and Khalimans.
Men rebuilt their empire and studied the lessons of their mistakes. They made contact with all nations Mornea to forge economic ties. Creating many trading posts across Mornea led the construction of the Concorde channel from 1032.
Jade Triad has not abandoned the conquest of Mornea. She began the battle today as the diplomatic and economic angle. Control trade and resources back to take power, just as the conquest of the terminals jin in ancient times!
Apart from notes made by the Triad, the past Aurloks is known today thanks to their oral culture, perpetuated by storytellers: legend and history mingle se. These stories always begin with Aurlokan trip that happened on the banks of Nicawa Wosice, fashioned his children with the land muddy marsh. It is not known how long he stayed with them, to tell them the richness and beauty of Mornea, but also their fragility and the need to preserve them. He taught them that every being, every thing, as insignificant could she seem, was important and had a voice, a very small voice that we should listen with patience and respect. They also learned that all life had to turn off to be reborn, the ultimate lesson he punctuated by his departure time ended and he retired for that of Aurloks can begin.
Time to those who sing
In accordance with the wishes of the architect who created them, the Aurloks dispersed to discover the wonders of this green and fertile land which they called Oblaye Itse, “the blue-yellow country”. These movements emerged tribes and learning to migrate with the seasons, accompanying game. By listening to the whispers, the Aurloks came to know stone, flora and fauna of this country that they considered wonderful. They thus discovered the aurochs, a peaceful bovine likely to provide them most of what they needed: food for food, hides for clothing. Anxious to preserve the natural balance of Mornea, Aurloks took the habit of not hunt, fish and gather what their strictly necessary: a habit that is still followed today. When tribes crossed, each telling the other what she had seen and heard, as passionate and mystical songs, sober tribute to the beauty of these lands.
The geographic expansion of the fall of Puebla however experienced a natural limit because Aurloks deliberately limited their migration areas went aurochs, Oblaye Itse. This was the limit of the latter they encountered other peoples. The cult of beauty naturally closer to the Igmu Gagai the Khalimans, people whose natural paternalism vaguely reminded them the comfort they enjoyed when Aurlokan was still with them. The Naashtis, Wato Gogeyi constituted an enigma: if they used words included Aurloks, the meaning of their words escaped them. They seemed blind to the beauty of the world. Then came the smiling children if Oröhm, which has long forgotten the original name and that they quickly called the Henayu Hamaza, Those who wear it–steel.
The time of those who die: War Alchemical
Over the centuries, Aurloks were increasingly dealing with humans, who seemed to share their curiosity, even if they preferred to record their findings on paper rather than telling them. Humans were particularly interested in the strange stones that Aurloks had already noticed, because they do not seem to have a voice. Full of good will, they let humans go Oblaye Itse to mark the sites where there were such stones.
They realized their mistake many cycles later, when humans invaded their land. They were not the kind explorers of old, his mouth full of smiles and reassuring words, but terrible warriors face closed and murderous arm. The Aurloks discovered the concepts of war and murder, but also the terrible power of these stones they believed speechless inert. They then lived the worst time in their history, forced to retreat before the onslaught of an enemy they did not understand the resentment. Victims of their respect for life – even that of humans – and the terrible power of alchemy, the Aurloks not had no choice but to back while trying to reason with those who-are-the-Steel . The intervention of Igmu Gagai and Wato Gogeyi with them is not enough to stop the imperial war machine and, after avoiding the fight for 44 rounds, child Aurlokan realized that their people would disappear because humans cease after the death of the last Aurlok.
Time to those who fight: Gigage Gadusi
The human armies had gradually converges all Aurloks survivors to one place, the plains of Gigage Gadusi. Triad was about to slay his enemy; the Aurloks were preparing to deliver a final last stand. But the night before the battle, the Aurloks were awakened and brought together by four young shamans. They had just been visited in a dream by Aurlokan himself, mounted on a aurochs, a wolf at his side, a raven on his shoulder and a toad in the palm of the hand. These four animals joined them while shamans qu’Aurlokan, without a word, was returning in the mist. Shamans were suddenly awakened: once when they could only hear the murmur of things, they were now able to clearly hear their voices. And four of those voices were stronger, sharper and more determined than any other, requiring them to fight every inch Those who wear it-steel: it was the voices of these animals, four manitous!
Guided by their totems, shaman seized the four–thunder stones available to the Aurloks and began a long ritual, while in trance Aurloks danced around the fire: the first dance of the spirits, which lasted until the early morning they found four dead from exhaustion shamans. When Those Who are the steel–converged Aurlok the camp, they faced not one but people fleeing a pack of furious warriors to the devastating rage, whose very appearance had taken animals traits of one of manitous came to the rescue: the appearance we know them today.
Gigage Gadusi was the first defeat of the Triad face Aurloks: alchemical war had abruptly change course. In the battles that followed, a warrior named Ohitika’Ota Aurlok‘s Fire Heaven particularly distinguished. It was even said that the mere utterance of his name was killing those who did not have a pure heart. His involvement swung the course of the war and soon all Aurloks rallied naturally to him, inflicting Triad stinging defeats, so she gave up the conquest of Mornea. Nine cycles after the spirit dance in the same plains where it occurred, Khalimans, Aurloks and Human Triad signed the Treaty of Gigage Gadusi, which put an end to the alchemical war and clearly set out the boundaries between the territory of all three peoples.
The time of those who listen
The Aurloks returned with pleasure in their peaceful way of life and focused on the voice of the things they now clearly heard. With the help of moguls who had placed under their protection, they learned to use stones thunder. Their society evolved: the direct manifestation manitous on the body and the soul of each individual, the clans had appeared and a new social organization instaurait parallel to tribes. For Aurloks, it was indeed a new beginning.
Time passed and Aurloks know now listen to the voice of all things of Oblaye Itse. After decades of continuous growth, alchemy shamans stabilized and moguls are ever more involved in the daily life of the people Aurlok. The Kingdom of Avalon, which has not signed the Treaty of Gigage Gadusi perpetually tries armed incursions Oblaye Itse: once again, those who–are–the–steel openly reveal their true colors! But this time, the Aurloks are ready and do not intend to back down from the threat, even if their peaceful aspirations lead them to seek a way out a bloody war.

Abyad Company
Abyad The Company was founded shortly after the Canal was put under the guardianship of the body of the sheikhs. Idriss ibn Ghulam Suleman was then a young serving a sheikh, Ahmed ibn Khalid, who had been attached to the security of the Concorde channel. One evening Idriss overheard several sheikhs. They were discussing the daunting task before them and tried to reach agreement on how best to perform them at best. Ahmed, young and cheeky, allowed himself to intervene and suggested the group together to create a militia to help the diplomats in this task. For Idriss, it would be easy to find young Khalimans willing to commit for the prestige of this noble case.
The sheikhs looked at him a moment, stung by the untimely intervention of Ghulam. Ahmed answered and, addressing Idriss, offered to take care of this task since it seemed so easy.
Idriss took to heart the mission he had been entrusted.
So he created the company Abyad, the White Company, which would aim to help the sheiks in their policing along the Concorde channel.
The news of the founding of this organization came quickly Shaddukiam, the capital of the republic, and many Khalimans looking for adventure decided to join Idriss.
To facilitate the recruitment of new members, Idriss put in place a rule that still continues to this day: “Regardless of your history and your past, whether for your new brother you are ready to pass away.” The Company does not consider the history of its members simply acts performed within it. This leads the Company to accommodate particular Khalimans leaving penitentiaries of the Eye and the Tooth or seeking a form of forgiveness. For a period, many ifrit qaniss also joined the ranks of the Company. Thus, over many cycles, the Company was composed of only Khalimans.
Things have changed since then. The Company welcomes more willing members from all Mornea even if the first rule of the Company is still in force. Recently, the Company has also headed the first non Khaliman captain of its history, this is Li Wei Chow, rugged brawler coming from Yù Cheng.
Today, the Company is distributed throughout the channel of the territory in several outposts. But it has its headquarters in the city of Brise on which it before. Especially as the city sees a lot of merchants and tourists.
Although the task of Abyad Company remains fundamentally the same since its creation, it is not the only service bodies Khalimans diplomats. It also often accept convoy or escort missions to bring to life the many members who compose it.
However, the company still chooses scrupulously to honor contracts and adopt a particularly strict code of conduct.
The Concord Canal
The construction of the Concorde Canal was decided at the end of the Alchemical War, to create the conditions for reconciliation between the different peoples of Mornea. It seemed evident as promote trade and exchanges would be the best way to calm tensions.
When the project of the Concorde channel was set feet in 1148, it was proposed by the Edoda Elohino (the head of the nation Aurlok) time, a wise Aurlok clan aurochs named Pacchapac, that his nation would sell all lands gracefully located on the canal route. But he also decided to dispose of either side of the vast waterway two bands of 300 strides aurochs each of neutral ground, free of exploitation for those who want to trade it.
His will was to allow his people to link more easily free trade relations, which would certainly have the effect of creating political ties.
This decision was applauded and greeted with enthusiasm not the other nations of Mornea.
The outlook offered by the canal prompted so very early, launching its been under construction, many merchants and onlookers come to settle down and provide products and services of all kinds to the builders.
Quickly, some installed in the top decided to regroup more powerful and better organized groups to expand their influence and profits.
With this increasing activity, it was decided at the inauguration of the Concorde channel, to entrust the security of the region to the young body Khalimans sheikhs. He allegedly mission to make peace and justice reign along the route. But the channel length and the intense activity which reigned there already at its inauguration made this task particularly difficult. This left in fact a large margin of maneuver to different organizations that flourished there with plenty of time to continue and expand their activities, honorable or not.
In a sense, the wish was fulfilled Pacchapac. The people came close. These organizations have indeed in their ranks of people from very different backgrounds. But in no doubt, his wish did not include the development of unsavory activities, organized crime and battles of influence beyond the control of the nations of Mornea. Companies, guilds, cartels of all kinds have therefore created since the first earthworks. Business groups, mercenaries, they were likely to emerge and disappear just as during the tumultuous history of the canal.
However, over time, six of these organizations developed significantly influence and supplanted their competitors. They went up to take control of entire cities founded by the canal, where they did not create themselves their own city to install their activities. These organizations were named Crocs Canal:
• the Ambres Company, based in Bab al-Assad
• Guild Oz, based in Jewel
• Cartel Sabre, head Steel
• Abyad the Company, based in Brise
• the Cartel of the Stone, based in Twilight
• Boatmen‘s Guild, based in Maw

The era of Concord
Since the end of the alchemical war, economic exchanges have multiplied and many flourishing counters allowed the nations to work together for the good of Mornea.
The largest project came consolidate this harmony between peoples was the channel of the Concorde whose construction began in 1149 and ended in 1173.
This channel allowed therefore to promote exchanges increasingly among peoples and particularly between the Triad and Khalimans for whom long sea voyages became a distant memory.
After an era of bloody clashes, the era of concord so heralded the promise of a long period of prosperity and peace.
But already new problems have emerged. The Kingdom of Avalon seems scolding from the swamp that serves as its territory and incessant attacks against the nation Aurlok do not reassure the sheikhs. The Khaliman Republic seems to tremble as he whispers in the corridors of the Senate that a terrible curse falls upon their nation. The Aurloks are entirely dedicated to their fight against Avalon but in parallel moguls and some spirits seem agitated. As for the Triad, she discovered the existence of a mysterious organization that would spread the words of an ancient prophecy:
“From the awakening of Wandering, will open the way to the Shadow“
The era of Tranquility
The first moments of each new peoples passed serene seasons created by Architects. And during long cycles, the peoples forged a clean civilization. This era is called the era of Tranquility.
The Naashtis developed an underground network that would allow them to be able to go anywhere Mornea order to study all the features offered by the world in which they lived.
The Khalimans developed a society free rein to their love of beauty and the arts in all their forms.
The Aurloks under the tender gaze of their father, flourished in harmony with their environment and loved above all listen to long stories of their creator.
Humans, driven by Orhöm, became Dao, grew particularly quickly. They colonized a large country, and created the foundations of an empire.
The era of Alchemical War (754-807)
Over 700 cycles after the death of Orhöm, men were finally ready to conquer Mornea. Triad assembled the heavenly host, and in 754, his legions departed to conquer the continent. The heavenly host jin progressed following the terminals and thus found the necessary resources to achieve the most devastating mystical effects. This was the beginning of the alchemical war.
The conquest of Oblaye Itse
The conquest of Oblaye Itse, Aurloks territory, began with unequal weapons: Aurloks were convinced pacifists. They had no military training and few were those who resisted. The heavenly host slowly seized of this vast land and exploited its many alchemical careers. The Aurloks, for their part, had to flee to escape the massacres. The heavenly strategists, carried by their arrogance, but had neglected the diplomatic balance that existed previously on Mornea. Walking on Oblaye Itse, peaceful and prosperous land at the crossroads of nations, came back to give them a decisive advantage and attract at once the wrath of all other peoples. The Khalimans once allied with Naashtis soon after and sent their armies to liberate Aurloks and end the threat posed by men.
The shock was terrifying. The men opposed cycles during their martial discipline and many of Khalimans agility and strength of Naashtis. The power of alchemy, one inherited from the broken glass Fresco cycles earlier, however, gave them a decisive advantage. Frail children Dao won victory after victory; nothing could stop the human tide wash over Oblaye Itse.
The exile of Naashtis
A new chapter in the alchemical war began when the Celestial decided to concentrate their
efforts on an enemy and then the other, rather than to face them together. They left it up to the Blighted Moon deciding the first target and how the Jade Triad would dispose. The Heavenly mysterious decided to honor the symbolic animals of clans: the black cobra Moon
Blighted Naashtis would face directly while the rest of the heavenly host would head to Khalimans while completing colonize Oblaye Itse.
The following cycles marked forever the memory Mornea. While the Iron Heart Khalimans and held them exterminated Aurloks the Moon Blighted dealt a fatal blow to Naashtis. Armed ignoble artifacts provided by the Breath of Dao, his assassins poisoned the sources, ruined food stocks. Naash children, exhausted by their colossal losses both Oblaye Itse in their own homeland in 783 disappeared from the face of Mornea.
The Battle of Gigage Gadusi
The naashti ruled threat, Jade Triad decided to finish once and for all with Aurloks to focus as quickly khaliman on the front.
The Iron Heart, supported by the Breath of Dao, launched a massive offensive on Aurloks survivors gathered in the plains of Gigage Gadusi. The chiefs of staff thought it unnecessary to send scouts. It was anyway to carry the blow to a dying people. Although they took wrong: when the assault was made at dawn, the soldiers of the heavenly host were faced with processed Aurloks war beasts by an unknown power. Their appearance borrowed those rampaging beasts, offering a striking contrast with allegorical animals martial schools in the Jade Triad.
The Battle of Gigage Gadusi was the first defeat in a long series and marked a turning point in the campaign of conquest of Jade Triad. The Aurloks fugitive turned against the attackers and put Oblaye Itse with fire and blood. The heavenly host had to redeploy to face this new threat to which it was not prepared, leaving the opportunity to launch Khalimans turn victorious offensives. The celestial army was still strong enough to crush the Aurloks untrained and fewer Khalimans it. The war, however, promised to be more difficult and longer than anticipated.
The end of the war not finally came battlefields who opposed the Triad to Khalimans and Aurloks but its empire even inside. Some paths were high within it to carry the research further the alchemy to deal with new threats to the Empire. These channels eventually be singing that could not ignore the Celestial, for the good and the balance of the Jade Triad. In 805, so they decided to strike hard and fast. But what was to be punitive expedition against a dissident current alchemy eventually became a civil war and it ended definitively weaken the Triad who could not fight on three fronts simultaneously.
In cycle 806, the Kingdom of Avalon proclaimed sovereign.
In 807, the Triad, bloodless, negotiated a peace treaty with his opponents. As a sign of goodwill,
Triad agreed to participate economically in the rehabilitation of looted and ransacked by 53 places merciless war cycles.
The treaty was signed in the plains of Gigage Gadusi in the presence of a new diplomatic khaliman dedicated to justice: the sheikhs.
This treaty marked the beginning of an era of harmony.
Children of Architects
Abandoned Khalim, Naash, Aurlokan Orhöm and found themselves together. They strolled long, silent, gazing Mornea. The anger of their creative echoed in their minds and soon they had hardly conceive that they would be there to enjoy their work. This plunged them into disarray.
While they were there, walking among the landscapes they created, lost in thought, Orhöm intervened. The anger and misunderstanding earned it. He had given everything for him and he could not bring himself to leave Mornea die. He could not think that his life has been for nothing. That the frustrait. The other three shared that feeling. Aurlokan, always thoughtfully turned to the others. The eyes turned skyward, he addressed them in a whisper. Why not create offspring in turn? Witnesses who could benefit from their work. They still had enough power to last an act of creation. Why not create beings in their own image? All found this fantastic idea … And at the mention of this, everyone’s mind escaped …
While everyone was about to leave his side, Naash, the wisest of the four, addressed his brethren. Although the idea of descent found an echo in his heart, he could not forget, however, anathema launched by their creator. he recalled each terms thereof. None of them had completed the sacrifice She was waiting for the soul of his world finally take life. If they wanted to lift this curse, they would sacrifice their divine essence in the act of creation they had in mind. Khalim approved the wisdom of his brother, and Aurlokan Orhöm remained silent.
Finally, each set on its side, decided one way or another to give meaning to their work.
Khalim headed north and went to sit next to a large lake at the foot of steep hills north of Mornea. He spent a long night thinking, letting his mind wander in the reflection of her face in the water. In the morning, the enlightened mind, Khalim had created four finely carved bowls filled with lake water. He spent an entire week sitting, surrounded by the four basins. For hours he remained sitting there, talking quietly, calmly. He thus telling the world and covered basins seemed little shivers while the flow of his words continued. As the days progressed and the quivering waves on the surface of basins became strong. The last days, while the sound of the voice of Khalim was still laid, water basins seemed to boil, ready to spring into a huge geyser. Then at dusk the seventh day … Khalim fell to the ground, while four forms feline soggy approached him … The Khalimans were born.
Naash disappeared west of Mornea. He enlisted in the mountains, in a maze of rocks. He eventually landed in the deepest bowels of the mountains, far to the west, in the middle of the ocean, where the fire became liquid. He domesticated fire mountains in a huge pit to view his creative power. He then spent many weeks to collect her thoughts and collecting all his knowledge and breathed everything contained his mind to the stone itself. Then tired, he went near the lava pit and gave its essence as an offering to the fiery element. A murmur was heard then, a long whistle and smoke escaped from the well. Two serpentine forms blackish then appeared … The Naashtis were born.
Aurlokan took the direction of the east. There, he knew he would find great plains dotted with forests and some mountains. A decoration quite favorable to his purpose. Arriving after dark there he headed one of the most beautiful wetlands of it. There he took in his hands beautiful pieces of peat and fashioned according to his desire to small forms. Many, gnarled like him. And he raved a little more with each hour of the night that flowed at the beauty of his ultimate creation. In the morning, he had made eight. Four were male and four females. Then he brought them to the plains that his deeds may dry in the sun. It took a whole day and then all the attention of a father for the forms finally snort and take vien. The Aurloks were born.
Orhöm traveled long before choosing to land at the foot of mountains of southern Mornea. Isolated from his brothers. He ruminated endlessly His words and it‘s especially annoyed that She can decide as well to curse despite all they had done to him was dedicated. However, he managed to win the peace when landed in the mountains. The violent wind whistling around him could take anything. But he chooses to afflict him to bend to his will that element, as would with all who dare challenge him now. Wind around him, he shaped a multitude of small beings in his image, his subjects. He ordered them to multiply and go wherever the wind would carry them. Those who wished could stay with him to serve him. Men were born.
